DELIVERABLES: Consultant will prepare a summary memo with recommendations on the draft Proposed Ordinance and annotated Residential Design Guide. Task 4 – Draft Text Edits and Refine Graphics in Residential Design Guide Document Based upon direction from staff in Task 3, Consultant will draft text edits and graphic refinements to the existing Residential Design Guide that incorporate objective text and graphic standards, thereby transforming it into a new document entitled Redwood City Residential Objective Design Standards and Guidelines for use in the review of single- family and small multifamily projects. DELIVERABLES: Consultant will prepare text edits and graphic refinements to Residential Design Standards & Guidelines document, or at City direction, excerpt those edited standards and graphics for inclusion within the proposed ordinance.  Task 5 – Draft Text Edits and Develop Graphics for the Objective Design Standards Ordinance Based upon direction from staff in Task 3, Consultant will draft text edits to the draft Proposed Ordinance and develop graphics (and potentially annotated photos) illustrating concepts within the draft Proposed Ordinance with a focus on Section 60.10 (Architectural Standards for Mixed-Use and Residential Projects Containing Five or More Residential Units). DELIVERABLES: Consultant will prepare text edits and new graphics for the draft ODS Ordinance suitable for insertion into a Word document. Task 6 – Refine Text and Graphics and Finalize Documents Based on staff direction and input obtained from the public comment period, the Architectural Advisory Committee, the Planning Commission, and the City Council, Consultant will refine text and graphics for the final Proposed Ordinance and the Residential Design Standards and Guidelines and deliver final documents to the City. DELIVERABLES: Consultant will refine text, graphics, and illustrations for the final Proposed Ordinance that are suitable for insertion into a Word document and for the final Residential Design Standards and Guidelines document. Consultant will be paid on a monthly basis on a time and materials basis per the hourly rates identified below.
