All parcels surrounding 901 El Camino Real are <br />developed, including commercial uses to the north, educational uses to the west (Sequoia <br />High School and athletic fields), commercial uses with adjacent residential uses to the <br />south, and commercial and transportation uses to the east (Transit Center-Caltrain parking <br />lot and the Sequoia Station shopping center). Parcels surrounding 920 Shasta Street are <br />also developed, including commercial uses to the north and south, and residential uses to <br />the west and east.
