Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) – The Applicant shall prepare a SWMP that <br />includes, at a minimum, exhibit(s) showing drainage areas and location of Low Impact <br />Development (LID) treatment measures; total project site area and total area of land <br />disturbed; total new and/or replaced impervious area; treatment measures and hydraulic <br />sizing calculations; a listing of source control and site design measures to be implemented <br />at the site; saturated hydraulic conductivity rate(s) at relevant locations or hydrologic soil <br />type (A, B, C or D) and source of information; elevation of high seasonal groundwater table; <br />and a brief summary of how the project is complying with Provision C.3 of the MRP. <br />[COA][ENGINEERING] <br />42. Stormwater BMPs - Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices <br />(BMPs) for construction shall be implemented by the Applicant to protect water quality, in <br />accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). BMP plan <br />sheets are available electronically for inserting into Project plans. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />Street Infrastructure Improvements <br /> <br />43. Streetlights – The Applicant shall install a new streetlight, if needed, as determined by the <br />City Engineer. Streetlights are required on the construction of a new commercial building <br />or performance of substantial commercial remodeling with street frontage of 200 feet or <br />more. The style and location of all streetlights shall be as determined by the City Engineer <br />and Planning Manager. Existing streetlights within project frontage shall be refurbished to <br />like-new condition. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br /> <br />44. Green Infrastructure Improvements – The Applicant shall include stormwater treatment <br />systems, including, but not limited to silva cells, at the Project frontages of both Shasta <br />Street and Buckeye Street as provided on Sheet C6.1 of the Vesting Tentative Map. The <br />treatment system shall be sized to treat the tributary area of the project frontage. The <br />treatment system shall be in conformance with Chapters 18 and 27A of the Municipal Code. <br />[SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />45. Repair or Replace Street Infrastructure – The Applicant shall restore streets and street <br />infrastructure surrounding the project site to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at project <br />completion. At the minimum, this shall mean grind and overlay of half width of the frontage <br />street. When this requires additional pavement restoration, the City Engineer or designee <br />shall approve the preferred layout of pavement markings and any other elements such as <br />bicycle facilities, pedestrian facilities, complete street designs, etc. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br /> <br />46. Off-Site Transportation Improvements and Striping - Prior to issuance of the Building <br />Permit, the Applicant shall submit the final off-site street improvements and striping plan <br />to the City for review and approval.
