This Resolution shall be effective upon the effective date of the General <br />Plan Amendment, DTPP Amendment, and Development Agreement Ordinance. In the <br />event that the General Plan Amendment, DTPP Amendment, and Development <br />Agreement Ordinance do not become effective, the Approvals shall be deemed approved. <br />In the event the General Plan Amendment, DTPP Amendment or Development <br />Agreement Ordinance are challenged, the Approvals shall not be deemed approved <br />unless and until the General Plan Amendment, DTPP Amendment and Development <br />Agreement Ordinance are in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />* * * <br />
