REV: 04-09-25 VR <br />Phase 3: Technical Assistance Delivery & Continued Support (July 2025 – June 2026) <br />Deliver targeted technical assistance based on work plans, maintain engagement through <br />tailored outreach, and support financial statement preparation for financial underwriting <br />efforts. <br />Task 3.1: Deliver Technical Assistance <br />Subtask 3.1.1: Provide group workshops and webinars on critical business topics, <br />including business strategy, pricing, and procurement processes. <br />Subtask 3.1.2: Conduct one-on-one advisory sessions tailored to each business’s <br />needs, focusing on implementing their work plans and overcoming specific <br />challenges. <br />Subtask 3.1.3: Continue outreach to ensure ongoing participation and address any <br />emerging needs that businesses may have during the assistance period. <br />Task 3.2: Financial Statement Support and Capital Access <br />Subtask 3.2.1: Assist businesses with preparing financial statements. <br />Subtask 3.2.2: Provide support for loan applications, reviewing key financial <br />metrics, business viability, and repayment capacity. <br />Subtask 3.2.3: Coordinate with support organizations, such as the SBDC and SBA, <br />to facilitate capital access. <br />Phase 4: Ongoing Monitoring and Reporting (May 2025 - June 2026) <br />Monitor the progress of participating businesses, adjust technical assistance as needed, <br />and report on program outcomes. <br />Task 4.1: Monitoring and Evaluation <br />Subtask 4.1.1: Conduct monthly check-ins with businesses to assess the impact <br />of technical assistance and address any issues. <br />Subtask 4.1.2: Adjust work plans and support services as needed based on <br />feedback and observed progress. <br />Subtask 4.1.3: Implement continued outreach strategies, such as personalized <br />follow ups, to maintain engagement and support businesses in achieving their <br />goals. <br />Task 4.2: Reporting and Program Closeout <br />Subtask 4.2.1: Compile reports detailing the number of businesses assisted, <br />services provided, and key outcomes as identified in Phase 1. <br />Subtask 4.2.2: Submit a final project report to the City of Redwood City, <br />summarizing program achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future <br />improvements. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.071/Right Source Services (RWC Smal Business Support) (Page 12 of 14)
