Update on housing initiatives and proposed modifications to Redwood City’s Anti- <br />Displacement Strategy (400) <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Patrick Heisinger, Housing Leadership Manager Alin Lancaster <br />and Housing Management Analyst Victor Gaitan gave the staff presentation.
