CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Eakin stated that due to her place of residence, she has a conflict of interest with <br />item 6C and will be recused from voting on that item. <br /> <br />Council Member Gee pulled item 6E for additional discussion. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Gee and Howard, to approve all items on the Consent Calendar, except <br />6C and 6E, passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Gee and Howard, to approve item 6C, passed 6-0-1 by roll call vote, <br />with Vice Mayor Eakin recused. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Gee and Eakin, to approve item 6E, passed 6-1 by roll call vote, with <br />Council Member Padilla opposed. <br /> <br /> 6.A.
