Final acceptance of construction improvements for the development at 49 Orchard <br />Avenue and release of associated bonds (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the construction improvements for the development at 49 Orchard <br />Avenue and authorize release of the bonds in accordance with the Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreement. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.D. Purchase Temporary Construction Easements (TCEs) related to the State Route 84 <br />(Woodside Road)/U.S. 101 Interchange Reimagined Project (304) Reso 16291 <br /> Reso 16292 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, as part of Redwood City’s acquisition of the right-of-way (ROW) needed to <br />construct the State Route 84 (Woodside Road)/U.S. 101 Interchange Reimagined Project, <br />approve the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement and Certificate of <br />Acceptance of Grant of Interest in Real Property for property located at 2001 Spring <br />Street; accept the City’s offer of just compensation in the amount of $34,500; and <br />2. By motion, as part of Redwood City’s acquisition of the ROW needed to construct the <br />State Route 84 (Woodside Road)/U.S. 101 Interchange Reimagined Project, approve the <br />Temporary Construction Easement Agreement and Certificate of Acceptance of Grant of <br />Interest in Real Property for property located at 801 Willow Street; accept the City’s offer <br />of just compensation in the amount of $5,000. <br /> <br />
