Agreement for Services with The Pun Group for Audit Services (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for services <br />with The Pun Group for professional audit services for three years, including City <br />Manager authority to extend the agreement for two additional one-year periods, for a <br />total not-to-exceed amount of $902,758. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.I. Associated agreements for the development at 112 Vera Avenue (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape <br />Maintenance Agreement with 112 Vera Ave, L.P., subject to any minor, clarifying and <br />conforming changes approved by the City Attorney; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with 112 Vera Ave, L.P., subject to any <br />minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Regulatory <br />Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants with 112 Vera Ave, L.P., subject to <br />any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney, and take <br />all actions necessary to carry out the Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of <br />Restrictive Covenants; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Standstill Agreement <br />with 112 Vera Ave, L.P. and Banc of California (“Banc Standstill Agreement”), subject to <br />any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney, and take <br />all actions necessary to carry out the Lender Standstill Agreement. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />In accordance with Code of California Regulations (CCR) Title 14 § 15268, Ministerial <br />Approvals are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Review. This <br />project is subject to SB 35 / SB 423, which is a ministerial review and not subject to <br />CEQA. <br /> <br />
