scattered throughout the entire site, including the school portion, <br />the City shall remove debris from accessible areas within the entire <br />site, including the school portion, after weekends, on holidays, and <br />at other periods of heavy usage. Said removal will be accomplished <br />before the next school day following the weekend, holiday, or other <br />time of use. <br />iv. Toilet Facilities <br />Unless District makes indoor toilets available for City and City's <br />Users, the City shall pay for and place temporary, portable <br />restroom facilities at the District's outdoor facilities at the discretion <br />of the District. It shall be the responsibility of the City to ensure that <br />City's Users maintain and clean the stationary and portable toilets <br />at the District's outdoor facilities, lock them when not in service, and <br />remove any portable toilets when requested by the District or when <br />the season ends. In cases where District indoor toilets are made <br />available to the User, the District shall be responsible for <br />maintaining those indoor toilets. <br />3.
