6.04.060 - Prohibited conduct. <br />No Owner or other Person having care, custody or control of any animal shall <br />cause or permit it to do any of following: <br /> <br />(c) To suffer or permit such animal to habitually bark or meow or otherwise act to <br />disturb the peace of any citizen or to be a public nuisance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City has been informed of these issues multiple times but has done nothing. <br />We request Council to please not only pass these issues to the City Manager as she <br />replies with an automated response and passes it to Deputy manager who down plays <br />it, gives untruthful replies and then buries the matter with no resolution and then never <br />to be heard back from the City Manager. <br /> <br />Instead, please include the reported issues in your upcoming meeting agenda and <br />conduct a meeting with the City and Police to reinforce and outline the responsibilities of <br />City of the Redwood City and the Police Department. Please have a follow -up public <br />hearing in regards to Noise nuisance Local Laws and Ordinances Enforcement to <br />promote the Public Health and Safety and Peaceful enjoyment of our communities. <br /> <br />We request the Mayor, Council and Supervisors to take action on these serious <br />community matters of noise nuisance.
