PARTIES <br />This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the San Mateo County <br />Superintendent of Schools (“County Superintendent”), as the Local Educational Agency <br />(“LEA”) under a Safe Routes to School (“SRTS”) grant, and Redwood City Together (“Agency”) <br />for Orion Alternative School. <br /> <br />2. TERM <br />The term of this Agreement is September 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. <br /> <br />3. FUNDING CONTINGENCY <br />Funding for this Agreement is contingent upon the appropriation and availability of funds from <br />the San Mateo County Transportation Authority (“TA”). Agency will complete the small capital <br />infrastructure and/or special project that is funded under the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />4. FUNDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />If funded for small capital infrastructure and/or a special project, the Agency will complete the <br />approved project in accordance with the budget and Exhibit C incorporated herein by this <br />reference.
