REV: 02-27-25 MI <br />2.Software Services <br />2.1.One Time Costs <br />Item Price Comments <br />Prime Cloud migration $_15,000.00____Project fee to migrate City’s software <br />platform to Prime Cloud. <br />Cashiering Web API $__$17,500.00__Project fee to migrate Cashiering Web API. <br />If included. <br />Travel Expenses None No travel is required for this project. <br />Virtual Training – 1 day Included Additional training available at $200/hour <br />(remote) <br />TOTAL $_32,500.00____Total one-time costs <br />2.1.1.Prime Cloud migration – Fee includes all work required to complete the migration project, <br />including project management, report development, data conversion, and IT support. <br />2.1.2.Travel Expenses – Travel and lodging expenses are billed at cost and apply to all meetings; <br />including process, pre-installation, installation, training, and support. Consultant is dedicated <br />to conserving public funds, and ensures any travel costs are required and reasonable. No travel <br />is required for this migration project. <br />2.1.3.Customizing Services – Consultant’s software is a customizable off the shelf system <br />(COTS), and has been designed to meet all common needs of local governments. Should the <br />need occur, Consultant may provide custom enhancements to the software on a time and <br />material basis. Will increase annually <br />by CPI factor. <br />1.1.1.Software Use Fee – Software Use Fee is billed annually, and provides for use of the software <br />by the specified number of licensed users, software hosting services, customer support, and <br />updates to the software.
