REV: 02-27-25 LF EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES Consultant shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide recycled water and cross-connection program consultation and supports services on an as-needed basis. If requested by the Recycled Water Superintendent or their designee, Consultant shall perform any of the following tasks as delineated below. Task 1 - Assist the City with retrofitting potential recycled water users Task 1.1 – Assist with customer engagement and outreach Consultant shall identify, with the assistance of the City, potential customers that could be converted to recycled water. Potential recycled water uses include irrigation systems, cooling towers, buildings, urinals and toilets, and any other use as approved in Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). Potential customers will be identified based on their proximity of an existing or proposed recycled water distribution mainline and annual non-potable demands based on the City billing records. Consultant will meet with the City to discuss and finalize the list of potential customers. Consultant shall prepare a brief recycled water information letter in a form approved by the City that will provide general information such as: The City recycled water system Benefits of using recycled water City and Consultant contact information Next steps If approved by the City, Consultant will meet at the customer site to discuss the recycled water conversion process with the customer. Task 1.1 Deliverable: Consultant shall submit electronically in PDF format to the City a draft and final customer outreach letter Task 1.1 Schedule: Consultant shall submit electronically in PDF format to the City: o A draft outreach letter within two weeks of the City notice to proceed with this task o A final outreach letter within one week from receipt of City comments ATTY/AGR.2025.032/West Yost & Associates, Inc.
