Streamline the process for requesting approval for new or extended water and/or <br />sanitary sewer services within the City of Redwood City’s utility service areas by <br />adopting a master resolution for future requests (804) Reso 16293 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution authorizing applications to the Local Agency Formation Commission <br />of San Mateo County requesting approval for new or extended water and/or sewer <br />services to the affected territory outside jurisdictional boundaries pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 56133. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.C. Modifications to the Police Advisory Committee (PAC) ordinance to align with other <br />boards, commissions, and committees by reducing the number of members from 11 to <br />7, with staggered four-year terms, and appointing all seats by majority vote of the full <br />City Council, as recommended by the Governance Sub -Committee (209) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive the first reading and introduce Ordinance Amending Section 2.114 (Police <br />Advisory Committee) of Chapter 2, Article IX of the Redwood City Municipal Code to <br />Reduce the Number of Seats, Modify the Manner in which Members are Appointed, as <br />recommended by the Governance Sub-Committee. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.D. Agreement for Services with Betts Company for repair services and parts for trailers <br />and heavy-duty trucks (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a four-year Agreement <br />for Services with Betts Company for repair services and parts for trailers and heavy-duty <br />trucks through 2029 in an amount not to exceed $200,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.E.
