Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services with West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. <br />(WC3) to provide additional capacity to maintain customer service levels during high - <br />volume periods and maintain specialized expertise by a reallocation of budgeted funds <br />from other contracted consulting firms to WC3 given their ability to provide the <br />requested services and expertise (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to <br />Agreement for Services with West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. to increase <br />compensation by $500,000 for a total not -to-exceed amount of $4,538,560 for on-call <br />professional services for the Community Development Department – Building Division <br />expiring on July 26, 2026. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.G. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services with Woodard & Curran for the <br />Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Master Plan (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the <br />Agreement for Services with Woodard & Curran Inc. to prepare a Comprehensive <br />Sanitary Sewer Master Plan, covering the time period April 28, 2025 until completion of <br />services, for a not-to-exceed amount of $296,800, and authorize the City Manager or <br />designee to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10 percent contingency <br />($75,146) for a total not-to-exceed amount of $826,604. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />6.E. - Page 4 of 15 <br />468
