First Amendment to the Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive <br />Covenants for the affordable housing project located at 1304 El Camino Real modifying <br />the affordable rent definition for 80% of units as allowed under the Affordable Housing <br />Ordinance to help mitigate unexpected operating cost increases (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to <br />the Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants with GS HIP 1304 <br />ECR, LP for the affordable housing project located at 1304 El Camino Real, subject to any <br />minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney, and to take all <br />actions necessary to carry out the First Amendment to the Regulatory Agreement and <br />Declaration of Restrictive Covenants <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />On November 16, 2020, the City Council adopted CEQA findings of fact, a statement of <br />overriding considerations, and a mitigation monitoring and reporting program, and <br />certified the final environmental impact report for the South Main Mixed -Use Project, <br />including the separate parcel at 1304 El Camino Real. <br /> <br /> 6.I. Amendment No. 1 to Master Purchase Agreement for Goods, Commodities, and <br />Services with LN Curtis & Sons (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By Motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Master Purchase Agreement for Goods, Commodities, and Services with LN Curtis & Sons <br />to extend the term of the agreement for an additional 4 months for a total term of 5 <br />years, 4 months expiring on June 30, 2025, and increase the not-to-exceed amount by <br />$250,000, for a total contract amount of $1,250,000 covering the time period February <br />24, 2020 through June 30, 2025. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.J. Approve April 14, 2025 and April 21, 2025 City Council Minutes (301) <br /> <br /> 6.K.
