Discussion topics typically include long-term repair and replacement <br />plans, changes in regulatory requirements, and adjustments to utility rates. <br />This study session provides an overview of the City’s utility systems, explaining how operations and <br />maintenance are funded, and outlines strategies for managing financial impact on ratepayers when <br />funding capital projects. It discusses how the City plans for the maintenance and replacement of existing <br />infrastructure, as well as system expansion to support anticipated population growth in an equitable <br />manner.
