REV: 04-04-25 LR <br />Exhibit “B” <br />FEE <br />The Consultant shall perform the Scope of Work as described in Exhibit “A” for a not-to-exceed <br />amount of Two Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($296,800). The total cost <br />of the project is Seven Hundred Fifty One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Eight Dollars ($751,458). <br />The Hourly Rates will be locked for the duration of the project. <br />The breakdown of the Consultant Fee Schedule and Hourly Rates are attached. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
