REV: 04-04-25 LR <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The scope of services presented below details additional work to be performed by Consultant for <br />completion of the Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer System Master Plan for the City. Task numbers <br />refer to the Original Agreement Scope of Services. For information, additional work on original <br />task is labeled as [Additional]. New tasks are labeled as [New]. <br />[Additional] TASK 1 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL <br />Subtask 1.1 – Project Administration <br />The Consultant will monitor project budget and schedule on an ongoing basis and prepare <br />monthly invoices and progress reports to summarize project activities and <br />budget/schedule status. <br />Subtask 1.2 – Progress Meetings <br />The Consultant will attend up to four (4) virtual meetings including kickoff. Project meetings <br />will be 1 hour in duration, and up to four (4) consultants will attend the meetings. The <br />meetings will be with the City’s project manager and other City staff as needed to discuss <br />project progress and issues related to key project tasks. The Consultant will conduct a <br />kickoff meeting with City staff to discuss the project scope, approach, schedule and <br />assumptions, communication protocol, and initial data needs for moving forward with the <br />master planning activities. <br />Subtask 1.3 – Project QA/QC Activities (STAR) <br />The Consultant will conduct an internal Senior Technical Approach Review (STAR) <br />workshop following City’s Notice to Proceed (NTP). The purpose of this workshop is to <br />position the team for success by sharing the City’s vision for the project, collaborating on <br />means and methods to accomplish the work as cost effectively as possible based on <br />lessons learned from past projects, and to anticipate challenges and have a plan for <br />dealing with them proactively. Additionally, throughout the project, the Consultant will <br />follow established QA/QC procedures for review of data, results, and deliverables prior to <br />submittal to the City. Labor effort and budget for QA/QC reviews are included under <br />individual project tasks. <br />Task 1 Deliverables: <br />Agendas and meeting minutes from the kick-off meeting and project progress meetings <br />Monthly invoices and project progress reports <br />Task 1 Assumptions: <br />Budget for project administration and meetings is based on assumed project duration of <br />up to 6 months. <br />Four (4) project meetings including Kickoff. Project meetings will be 1 hour in duration and <br />will be conducted virtually. Up to four (4) Woodard & Curran members will attend the <br />meetings. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
