REV: 04-04-25 LR <br />[Additional] TASK 10 – PREPARE MASTER PLAN REPORT <br />The Consultant will prepare an update on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Analysis to <br />examine the effects of the newly identified projects on Disadvantaged Communities and <br />recommendations to maximize benefits and minimize disruptions to communities affected <br />by planned projects. <br />Subtask 10.b – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Analysis <br />The Consultant will review projects identified under Tasks 12-14 and analyze the impact <br />on Disadvantaged Communities. Analysis will utilize data from CalEnviroScreen 4.0 to <br />assess the project impact, reviewing the project location and the relative environmental <br />burden in the community. Updated project maps will be prepared with CalEnviroScreen <br />4.0 overlays to show the locations of projects and the areas with the most environmental <br />burden in the sanitary sewer system. Following this analysis, the Consultant will make <br />suggestions to help prevent or mitigate adverse effects on Disadvantaged Communities. <br />The Consultant will provide a draft update to the DEI Analysis to the City for comments <br />and will incorporate the comments into a final DEI Analysis. V. W. Housen & Associates <br />(VWHA) will provide GIS mapping data showing projects and priorities resulting from their <br />work. <br />Task 10.b Deliverables: <br />Project map overlay files <br />Draft DEI Analysis Update <br />Final DEI Analysis Update <br />Task 10.b Assumptions <br />V.W. Housen & Associates (VWHA) will provide GIS mapping data showing projects and <br />priorities resulting from their work. <br />[New] TASK 12 – PEER REVIEW OF GRAVITY SEWER CONDITION ASSESSMENT <br />The Consultant will perform a technical peer review of the draft and final deliverables prepared <br />by VWHA and provide comments in a comment response log, which will be sent to the City. The <br />comments will include feedback on the quality of VWHA’s work and may provide suggestions for <br />improvement, corrections, or recommendations for additional work. The Consultant, with up to <br />three (3) attendees, will attend two (2) one-hour meetings with VWHA to review and discuss <br />their report. <br />Task 12 Deliverables: <br />Comment Response Log <br />Task 12 Assumptions <br />VWHA will coordinate timing and set agenda for the meetings. Woodard & Curran will not <br />provide meeting minutes for these meetings. <br />Up to three (3) people from Woodard & Curran will attend the meetings. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
