REV: 04-04-25 LR <br />o Operators’ estimate of asset age. <br />o Estimated age/remaining life based on apparent condition. <br />Woodard and Curran will share the proposed ranking system with the City prior to <br />development of the draft TM and will obtain agreement on ranking system at that time. <br />Changes to the ranking system following submittal of draft TM will be considered extra <br />work. <br />Subtask 13.4 Prepare Final Pump Station Condition Assessment TM <br />The Consultant will deliver the Final Pump Station Condition Assessment TM based on comments <br />provided by the City on the Draft TM submittal. One final virtual meeting to review findings and <br />recommendations is assumed. The Consultant will incorporate comments and submit the Final <br />TM. The assessment results from all sixteen (16) pump stations (Redwood Shores and <br />Seaport/Pacific Shores) will be included in one TM, but the effort to complete the TM will be split. <br />Task 13.4 Deliverables: <br />Final Pump Station Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation / Replacement TM (Electronic <br />files) <br />Comment Response (Excel file) <br />Subtask 13.4 Assumptions <br />The assessment results from all sixteen (16) pump stations (Redwood Shores and <br />Seaport/Pacific Shores) will be included in one TM, but the effort to complete the TM will <br />be split. <br />Subtask 13.5 – Review Existing Documentation (for 2 Seaport Pump Stations) <br />See Subtask 13.1 for scope, assumptions, and deliverables. <br />Subtask 13.6 – Conduct Site Visits and Operator Interviews (for 2 Seaport Pump Stations) <br />See Subtask 13.2 for scope, assumptions, and deliverables. <br />Subtask 13.7 – Prepare Draft Pump Station Condition Assessment TM <br />See Subtask 13.3 for scope, assumptions, and deliverables. <br />Subtask 13.8 – Prepare Final Pump Station Condition Assessment TM <br />See Subtask 13.4 for scope, assumptions, and deliverables. <br />[New] TASK 14 – FORCE MAIN DESKTOP STUDY <br />The Force Main Study for the five (5) Seaport/Pacific Shores force mains will be categorized under <br />separate Subtasks from the twenty-six (26) located in Redwood Shores for funding purposes at <br />the request of the City. The assessment results from all thirty-one (31) force mains (Redwood <br />Shores and Seaport/Pacific Shores) will be included in one Force Main Inspection Plan, but the <br />effort to complete the Plan will be separated by Subtask. <br />Subtask 14.1 – Force Main Desktop Study (for 26 Redwood Shores force mains) <br />The Consultant will review and desktop study of 26 force mains located within Redwood Shores. <br />The desktop study will be summarized in a “Force Main Inspection Plan.” The purpose of the <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
