(TRASH REDUCTION <br />REV: 05-13-25 LF <br />Task 4.1 - Additional Trash Inspections <br />Consultant shall conduct additional initial trash inspections on roughly 66 properties <br />adjacent to El Camino Real by June 30, 2025. Consultant will conduct one field <br />inspection at each property, consistent with the protocols included in the Model PLDA <br />Plan developed in 2023. All inspections will be conducted in coordination with City <br />staff. <br />Consultant shall document the trash control measures implemented on the property <br />and conduct an on-land visual trash assessment (OVTA) to document the level of <br />trash generation on the property. The results of the inspection, including any violations <br />or improvements needed on the property to achieve a score of low trash generation <br />(i.e., OVTA “A” score) will be communicated to the property owner and/or manager <br />while on-site at the end of the inspection or through follow-up email/written <br />communications conducted by Consultant. Consultant shall enter and manage all data <br />from these inspections in an inspection tracking spreadsheet. <br />Deliverables: <br />Completed field forms with results from initial trash inspections at 66 properties. <br />City-specific trash inspection tracking spreadsheet populated with all data <br />collected during initial trash inspections at 66 sites. <br />FEE <br />Consultant shall provide the services outlined here on an hourly basis for an amount <br />not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000). Fees will be billed monthly <br />based on the actual hours used in each task per the labor rate schedule delineated <br />below.
