(TRASH REDUCTION <br />REV: 05-13-25 LF <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft Trash Control Program for Private Properties Plan for review by the Public Works <br />Superintendent, Wastewater; and Final Trash Control Program for Properties Plan. <br />D. Develop Cost Estimates for Implementing New Trash Controls <br />Consultant shall develop cost estimates for installing and maintaining trash full capture systems <br />in the public ROW and implementing the PLDA Trash Inspection Program. Cost estimates will <br />include capital, ongoing and lifecycle (50-year) costs for implementing the actions. Cost <br />estimates will be presented in tabular format with cost assumptions included. <br />Deliverables: <br />• One draft and one final set of cost estimate tables for the City to implement trash <br />control actions to achieve the MRP 90% and 100% trash reduction benchmarks. <br />Task 3- Develop Revised Updated 100% Trash Load Reduction Plan <br />Consultant shall develop a Revised Updated Trash Load Reduction Plan, including an <br />implementation schedule for the installation of full capture systems and implementation of <br />the PLDA Trash Inspection Program. The Revised Updated Plan will generally follow the <br />format of the 2023 Updated Plan submitted by the City to the Regional Water Board in June <br />2023. The Revised Updated Plan will provide additional details on planned control measure <br />implementation than the 2023 Updated Plan and will include a refined schedule for <br />achievement of the 90% and 100% load reduction milestones. One draft and one final Revised <br />Updated Plan will be developed. Once the draft Revised Updated Plan is submitted to the <br />City, Consultant shall meet with the Public Works Superintendent, Wastewater to discuss the <br />draft Revised Updated Plan and receive initial input. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft Revised Updated Trash Load Reduction Plan for review by City staff; and Final <br />Revised Updated that is revised based on comments from the City. <br />Task 4- Implement PLDA Trash Inspection Program <br />Consultant shall conduct trash inspections on PLDAs identified and included on the City’s <br />PLDA inventory developed through Task 2C. Consultant shall conduct one field inspection <br />at each of 100 PLDAs. The inspections will be conducted consistent with the protocols <br />included in the final Trash Control Program for Private Properties Plan. Results will be <br />documented on field forms and entered into the tracking system developed as part of Task <br />2C. All inspections will be conducted in coordination with City staff. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Completed field forms with results from PLDA trash inspections; PLDA tracking <br />system updated with inspection results. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.No.1/EOA, INC.
