REV: 04-29-25 LF <br />Each lightbar shall consist of a total of two (2) linear Super LED corner lights. <br />PAINTED LIGHT STANCHIONS <br />Two light stanchions shall be mounted in the upper rear corners of the trailer body, one (1) each <br />side, beside the tiller cab. Each light stanchion shall be made of the same material and painted <br />to match the body. Each shall be large enough to accommodate an upper zone C mini lightbar as <br />specified. The DOT lights specified elsewhere in the quote shall also be located one on the side <br />and the other located on the rear of each stanchion. <br />UPPER REAR WARNING LIGHT SWITCH E-MASTER/SECONDARY ROCKER <br />The upper rear warning lights shall be controlled through the master warning switch and a <br />secondary rear warning rocker switch located on the control switch panel in the cab. The switches <br />shall be clearly labeled for ease of identification. <br />LOWER LED WARNING LIGHTING <br />The following NFPA lighting package, manufactured by Whelen, shall be supplied and installed <br />in the lower areas of the vehicle. <br />SIDE WARNING LIGHTS LOCATION <br />Eight (8) warning lights on the side of the apparatus shall be mounted in the following locations: <br />One (1) each side, on the vertical side facing tractor structure body panel, one (1) each side, in <br />the active outrigger panel, one (1) each side, in the forward portion of the trailer wheel well panel <br />and one (1) each side, below the tiller cab at the rearmost position available on the vertical side <br />facing body panel. <br />LOWER ZONE B&D: <br />Whelen model M6 series LED lights shall be provided and installed on the apparatus. <br />SIDE WARNING LIGHTS FLASH <br />The side warning lights shall feature multiple flash patterns including steady burn for solid colors <br />and multiple flash patterns for split colors. <br />SIDE WARNING LIGHTS COLOR <br />The lower side warning lights mounted on the side positions shall be red with red lenses. <br />The light bezel(s) shall be provided with a chrome finish. <br />LOWER SIDE WARNING LIGHT SWITCH E-MASTER/SECONDARY ROCKER <br />The lower side warning lights shall be controlled through the master warning switch and a <br />secondary side warning rocker switch located on the control switch panel in the cab.
