REV: 04-29-25 LF <br />LIGHTBAR PROVISION <br />There shall be one (1) light bar installed on the cab roof. The light bar shall be provided and <br />installed by the chassis manufacturer. The light bar installation shall include a lowered mounting <br />that shall place the light bar just above the junction box and wiring to a control switch on the cab <br />dash. <br />CAB FRONT LIGHTBAR MODEL <br />The cab shall be provided with one (1) Whelen model F4N72 light bar. The light bar shall be 72.00 <br />inches in length and feature eighteen (18) customizable pods. <br />See the light bar layout for specific details. <br />If applicable, clear lights shall be disabled with park brake engaged. <br />LIGHTBAR SWITCH <br />The light bar shall be controlled by a rocker switch located on the switch panel. This switch shall <br />be clearly labeled for identification. <br />FRONT SCENE LIGHTS <br />The front of the cab shall include a Whelen Pioneer model PCH2 contour roof mount scene light <br />installed on the brow of the cab. <br />Each 150-watt lamp head shall incorporate a 12-volt DC Super-LED combination flood/spot light <br />installed in a die-cast aluminum housing. Each lamp head shall use a collimator/metalized redux <br />spot/flood reflector assembly with Proclera™ silicone optics and a clear non-optic polycarbonate <br />lens. The lens/reflector assembly shall utilize a liquid injected molded silicone gasket to be <br />resistant to water, moisture, dust, and other environmental conditions. The PCH2 shall be <br />vibration resistant. The Pioneer PC boards shall be conformal coated for additional protection. <br />Each combination flood/spot light lamp head shall draw 13.0 amps in spotlight mode and generate <br />17,750 lumens total. Each lamp head shall measure 4.25 inches in height X 14.00 inches in width. <br />The lamp heads and brackets shall be powder coated white. <br />FRONT SCENE LIGHT LOCATION <br /> <br />There shall be one (1) scene light mounted center on the front brow of the cab. <br />FRONT SCENE LIGHTS ACTIVATION <br />The front scene lighting shall be activated by a rocker switch. <br />SIDE SCENE LIGHTS <br />The cab shall include two (2) Whelen Pioneer model PCPSM1C LED surface mount lights <br />installed one (1) on each side of the cab. <br />The PCPSM1C configuration shall consist of twelve (12) white Super-LEDs for the spot light with <br />a specialized spot reflector on the bottom, twenty-four (24) white Super-LEDs in the flood light <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.089/Fire Apparatus Solutions (Purchase of Spartan-LTC 105' TDA) (Page 72 of 150)
