REV: 04-29-25 LF <br />CAB TILT CONTROL <br />There shall be a cab tilt pendant control quick-connect provided and installed on the right side of <br />the apparatus. The pendant shall be installed directly between the aerial ladder access steps. <br />There shall also be a cab tilt instruction plate located as close as possible to the control pendant <br />for ease of operation. <br />AIR TANK DRAIN LINES (extended) <br />Air tanks shall be equipped with manual drain valves operated by stainless steel pull cables. The <br />drain valves shall be relocated to a single bracket located at the outer edge of the apparatus to <br />facilitate draining moisture from the chassis air tanks to a single location for all drains and shall <br />be actuated by a key ring. A label shall be affixed indicating “Air Tank Drain”. <br />DAVID CLARK WIRED INTERCOM SYSTEM <br />A six (6) person six (6) position David Clark intercom system for dual radios shall be installed in <br />the apparatus. <br />All necessary system power cords, headset modules and adapters will be provided along with the <br />following specified components: <br />One (1) U3800 12v Master Station <br />Six (6) H3442 Under the Helmet Headsets <br />Six (6) 43200G-01 Headset Hanger <br />HEADSET/JACK LOCATION <br />There shall be one (1) headset located in the cab above and to the right of the driver's seat, one <br />(1) above and to the left of the officer's seat, two (2) located in the area above the crew seats. <br />There shall be two (2) headset stations located in the tiller cab above and to the right of the driver's <br />seat. <br />WARNING SYSTEM <br />One (1) tailboard to cab weather resistant push button alarm system shall be provided and <br />installed on the apparatus at the left rear vertical body panel, easily accessible from the ground. <br />The switch shall be wired to a warning alarm in the chassis cab, labeled as follows: <br />1-Stop, 2-Go, 3-Back-up.. <br />INSTALL CHASSIS SUPPLIED FOOTSWITCHES <br />INSTALL CHASSIS SUPPLIED/TEMP MOUNTED FOOT SWITCHES ON THE OFFICERS SIDE <br />DASH AREA.
