Annual Action Plan <br /> <br />10 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 09/30/2021) <br />This partnership is further strengthened through the Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department’s Fair Oaks Community <br />Center (FOCC). The FOCC is one of San Mateo County’s eight Core Referral Agencies for the delivery of essential human service <br />programs including referrals to shelter, food, transportation, and housing services. Basic human needs are provided by 20 public and <br />non-profit organizations who either receive in-kind office space at the facility or provide programs and services at the FOCC on a <br />regular basis.
