In 2024, the City conducted a landscape analysis of organizations
providing services related to basic needs, workforce development, job searching, and financial literacy. The landscape has helped
staff identify strengths and gaps in current economic mobility supports. From this initial analysis, the City was able to identify several
short-term actions to which it could commit. Moving forward, staff are working with local community partners to explore longer-
term commitments to economic mobility. The City is considering the Economic Mobility Action Plan landscape analysis interviews as
part of the continuing annual landscape analysis.
7.A. - Page 35 of 189
239
