As <br />the County’s only shelter where people who are homeless and under the influence have access to the <br />shelter without a sobriety requirement, Safe Harbor houses clients that are among the County’s most <br />vulnerable, many who are dually diagnosed with both addiction and mental health disorder or addiction <br />and physical health disorder. <br />8 Project Name StarVista - Day Break Shelter <br />Target Area CityWide <br />Goals Supported Homeless Services <br />Needs Addressed Supporting Persons Experiencing Homelessness <br />Funding CDBG: $15,006 <br />Description Daybreak provides Transitional Housing and Independent Living Skills Training for Homeless Youth aged <br />16-21 with the goal of self-sufficiency and an exit to permanent housing.
