4 <br />Leigh Macalino joins us as a Housing Management Analyst. <br />Leigh previously served as a project manager for an affordable <br />housing developer in San Francisco where she worked on new <br />development projects for families, formerly homeless <br />individuals, and seniors. Most recently, she led the <br />construction completion and opening of the first stand-alone <br />community center in the organization’s nationwide portfolio. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Draft Annual Action Plan - <br />Available for Public Comment <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />As a condition of receiving federal Community Development <br />Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) <br />funds, Redwood City is required to submit to the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) an <br />Annual Action Plan (Action Plan), that highlights progress <br />made towards the goals identified in the City's Five-Year <br />Consolidated Plan. The Action Plan provides a detailed <br />description of activities proposed for funding that target <br />federal resources to affordable housing, fair housing services, <br />comprehensive services that help to reduce poverty and homelessness, economic <br />development assistance for micro-enterprises, and public and community facilities <br />and infrastructure improvements <br /> <br />The Draft Action Plan is available for public review here or a hard copy may be <br />requested by calling 650-780-7229 or TDD 650-780-0129 or emailing <br />housingrwc@redwoodcity.org. <br /> <br />The public review period is from April 7, 2025 – May 7, 2025 .
