This <br />priority is to sustain or expand the high level of basic human needs services for extremely <br />low-, very low-, low- and moderate-income persons and households including but not limited <br />to childcare, mental health and substance abuse services. <br />Basis for Priority Basic human needs services were identified as a high priority in the needs assessment and <br />through citizen participation <br />PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES <br />Domestic Violence Legal Services: Bay Area Legal Aid, 1048 El Camino Real, Suite A, Redwood City. These funds will <br />be used to support legal services for victims of domestic violence. $15,006 – CDBG <br />Sexual Assault Services for Children: Rape Trauma Services, 1860 El Camino Real, Suite 406, Burlingame.
