REV: 02-11-25 LF <br />Project Activities: <br />Twenty low-to-moderate income Redwood City residents (households with <br />incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income {AMI} for San Mateo County) <br />will complete a phlebotomy program with the option to continue onto medical <br />assisting and electrocardiogram (EKG) programs. The program will be free and <br />will offer hybrid and in-person classes in Redwood City. In addition to training, the <br />program will include a clinical externship. <br />Primary Quantitative Goals: <br />20 Students will enroll in the program- 80% will complete and at least 70% of <br />graduates get placed in jobs. <br /> <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
