Deed (the "Recordation Date'J, whichever comes first. The Underground Utilities Easement <br />shall continue until such time as utilities located underground as of the Recordation Date are <br />relocated outside the Easements Area. The. Underground Utilities Easement includes, a right of <br />ingress and egress over the Easements Area for maintenance, repair, replacement, and relocation <br />of underground utilities.
