EXHIBIT A <br />`I)esc'ripfion of Land to be Conveyed <br />from REMAINDER to Lot 13 and Parcel B <br />That certain real property situated in the State of California, County of San Mateo, City <br />of Redwood City, being portion of that Parcel designated as "REMAINDER", as shown <br />on that certain map entitled, "AMENDED MAP PARCEL MAP NO. 82-1 BEING A <br />RESUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE LANDS OF LESLIE SALT CO. AS <br />DESCRIBED BY DEED 925 O.R. 374 RECORDS OF SAN MATEO COUNTY", filed <br />August 30, 1984 in Book 55 of Parcel Maps at pages 5-7 in the office of the County <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Part 1: Conveyed from REMAINDER to Lot 13 <br />BEGINNING at a point on the northerly right-of-way of Saginaw Drive, said point also <br />being the most westerly corner of Lot 13, as shown on that certain map entitled, <br />"SEAPORT CENTRE SUBDIVISION OF PARCEL A AMENDED MAP OF PARCEL <br />MAP NO. 82-1", filed on August 31, 1984 in Book 112 of Maps at pages 4-6 in the <br />office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County; thence following the boundary of <br />said Lot 13, North 01°03'51" East a distance of 239.51 feet to a point on the southerly <br />boundary of said REMAINDER Parcel; thence easterly along said southerly boundary <br />North 83°44'23" East a distance of 62.51 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />thence leaving said boundary North 01'03'51" East a distance of 60.49 feet; thence North <br />82048'30" East a distance of 53.78 feet; thence South 88°56'09" East a distance of 85.64 <br />feet; thence North 31°03'51"East a distance of 12.13 fee emce South 89056'09" Fast a <br />distance of 84.07 feet; thence South 01 °03'51"West a distance of 37.71 feet to a point on <br />the southerly boundary of said "REMAINDER" Parcel; thence westerly along said <br />southerly boundary South 76°43'23" West a distance of 17.69 feet; thence South <br />78027'33" West a distance of 101.32 feet; thence South 83°44'23" West a distance of <br />113.91 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The area of the above-described parcel of land is 12,317 square feet, more or less. <br />Part 2: Conveyed from REMAINDER to Parcel B <br />BEGINNING at a point on the northerly right-of-way of Saginaw Drive, said point also <br />being the most westerly comer of Lot 13, as shown on that certain map entitled, <br />"SEAPORT CENTRE SUBDIVISION OF PARCEL A AMENDED MAP OF PARCEL <br />Exhibit A <br />Legal Description of Land to be Conveyed from <br />REMAINDER to Lot 13 and Parcel B <br />Document Number: 1998-036691 Page: 3 of 16 <br />Page I of 2 <br />03116198 <br />
