If the City Manager or Finance Director determines that a par�icular use, event or activity, including expressive activity, which is for a permit period of no more than one day does not present a substantial or sign�cers public liability or property damage exposure for the CEty ar its �Wr��en agents, employees, or volunteers, the Finance Director may giVe a waiver of the insurance requiremen#s of this Section. Sec. 33A.43 O#her Permits and Licenses: The issuance of a Courthouse Square Ever�t Permit does not relieve any person from the obligation to obtain other permits or licenses required pursuant to this C o e all as required by other regu la tory age n c i e s. B u s i n e s s l i c e n s e s a r e r e q usu d , and professional event planners and promoters for hire and of all subcontract�ng pp y service companies or organizations. Sec. 33A.44 Application Content q. The application for an Event Permit shall be made in writing on ements approved and pro��ded by the City. In order #hat adequa#e arrang�'��on may be made #or proper regulation of the special event, the app� shali contain the following information: 1. The name, address and teiephone number of tne applicant�s}. If the special event wifl be conducted for, on behalf of, or by an organization, the name, address and telephone number of the headquarters o�� of organization and the local branch office, and of the authorized he such organizat�on.
