A parking plan, including bicycle parking that is designed to minimize <br /> negative impac�ts of the event parking on adjacenfi proper�ies. Negative <br /> impacts include, but are not limited to, illega! parking, increased traffic <br /> congestion, and event parking that prec�ude parking for neighboring <br /> land uses. If the City #inds that significant nega#i�e impacts are likely to <br /> occur due to the location, si2e and nature of the event and the <br /> availability of parking, an adequafie parking plan may be required to <br /> include, but not be limited to, the following: <br /> a. Proof#hat ad�acent property owners were notifred of event; <br /> b. Proof #hat the ad jacent property owners whose property is <br /> proposed for event parking have gran#ed permission for event <br /> attendees to park on their property; <br /> c. Adequate parking attendants; <br /> d. Adequate disabled parking; <br /> e. Adequate publicity and signage to direct e�ent a�ttendees tv <br /> available parking; <br /> f. �ther efforts to provide shuttle services to and from the e�ent site, <br /> andlor to provide information on alternat�ve transporfiation such as <br /> carpooling, bicycling, SamTrans and Caltrain. <br /> B. Such other informatian, in conformity with this chapter, as the City <br /> Manager or his or her designee may reasonably require. <br /> Sec. 33A.45 Criteria for Approva! of Event Permit: <br /> The City Manager or his or her designee shall issue a Cou�thouse Square Event <br /> Permit i#it is de#ermined that ali of the following criteria have been met: <br /> 1. The proposed evenfi follows the provisions of this Code and all other <br /> applicable regulations; <br /> 2. The proposed event is compatible wi#h the size and use of Courthouse <br /> Square; <br /> 3. The applicant pays all required fees and deposits, obtains ali required <br /> permi#s, licenses and insurance; and agrees to comp#y with all conditions of <br /> the Permit; <br /> �4.
