APPLICATi�N FEE <br /> The Applicant is required to pay a $40 (non-refundable) fee with the completed <br /> Courthouse Square permit application. The Application Fee may be wai�ec! where <br /> an appiicant provides sufficient proof that he/she is destitute andlor is otherwise <br /> unable to offer payment. <br /> SECTI4N 11. EVENT C�ASSIFICATI�N PERIVIIT �EE <br /> Both the minor and major e�ent permit fees are based on a daily rate defined as <br /> 24 hours. The exclusive use permit fee is based on an eight hour rental. Ifi the <br /> minor and major events exceed the 24 hour period, a charge of '/z the applicable <br /> permit fee rate for each hour or fraction thereof will be applied.
