Exclusive Use —Sixty (6fl) cafendar days prior to the event date and no <br /> more than nine months in ad�ance. <br /> SECTI4N 4: NOTIFICATI4N 70 THE APPLICANT <br /> A preliminary review of a completed application for a Courthouse Square Event Permit <br /> wi11 be provided to the applicanfi as foilows: <br /> A. Minor E�ent, the City will notify the Applicant within five calendar days af receipf <br /> of a completed application and non-refundable application fee. The application is <br /> preliminarily approved subject fio receipt of the non-refundable permit fee and <br /> refundable cleaning and damage deposit. <br /> B. Major E�ent, #he Ci#y will notify fihe Applicant with�n #en calendar days of receipt <br /> of a completed application and non-refundabie application fee. The applicatian is <br /> preliminarily approved subject to receipt 4f a non-refundable permit fee and <br /> refundable cleaning and damage depvsit. The Applicant may be requested to <br /> attend a pre-event meeting to discuss �he proposed event with the Courthouse <br /> Square Event team. Topics to be addressed may include: the number of <br /> portable toilets, vuasfie and recycling con#ainers, medical personnel, security <br /> personnel, equipment, rele�ant supplemental permits, ABC permits, street- <br /> closure permits, County Health permits and logistical support. <br /> C. Exclusive Use Event, the City wil� no#ify the Applicant within 15 calendar days of <br /> receipt of a completed app�icafiion and nan-refundable application fee. The <br /> applicatian is preliminarily approved subject to receipt of a non-cefundable permit <br /> fee and refundable cleaning and damage deposit. The Applicant will be <br /> requested to attend a pre-event meeting to discuss the proposed event with the <br /> Courthouse Square Event team. Topics to be addressed may include: #he <br /> number of portable toilets, waste and recycling containers, medical personnel, <br /> security personnel, eguipment, re�evant supplemental permits, ABC permits, <br /> street-closure permits, County Health permits and logisfical support. <br /> SECTION 5: FINANCtAL AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILTY <br /> The Permittee, its autharized representa#ive and/or co-promoters cited in the approved <br /> application wi11 be held financially and legally responsible for al! expenses incurred by <br /> the City in connection with the event. If any charges remain unpaid within 60 days of <br /> receipt o#the City's in�oice, the Permittee (individual and/or organization) may#orFeit the <br /> ability to rent Courthouse Square or all other City managed �acilities in the fut�re. <br /> Redwood City wil� accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or check. <br /> Page 3 of 21 <br />
