All events must be accessible to people with disabilities, or reasonable <br /> accommodations made. <br /> 2• A Permittee shall delinea#e clear path of travel in the Courthouse <br /> Square Site Plan to but not limited to, the County Courthouse building, <br /> wheelchair I�ft and the business entrances and service windows of the <br /> Courthouse Square kiosks. <br /> 3. Fire Department accesslno parking Fire Lanes shall be observed at a11 <br /> t�mes. <br /> lnsurance <br /> A. Insurance is required for most speciai events, see Attachment il for details. <br /> Proof of liability coverage is required in the form of an Acord Certificate of <br /> Insurance, and endorsements as deemed necessary. Depending on the event <br /> type, worker's compensation, liquor liability and autamob�te insurance may also <br /> be required. <br /> Business Tax <br /> A. All professiona! even# planners and promoters for hire are required fio obtain a <br /> business license regardless of whether the event is for charitabfe purposes. <br /> B. Subcontracting supply and service companies or organizations, e.g., catering, <br /> valet, rental, security services, etc., are �equired to obtain individual business <br /> licenses. <br /> C. Non-profit charitable organiZations are not required to obtain a business license. <br /> Permits #o be Exhibited <br /> A. A Courthouse Square Fvent Permit�ee shall carry a copy of the Courthouse <br /> Square Event Permit at a!I times during the course of the appro�ed event. <br /> B. Any person claiming to have a Courthouse Square Event Permit issued under <br /> Cl�apter 33A Article I!i of the Municipal Code shall produce and exhibit such <br /> permit upon the request of any authorized City staff. <br /> Page S of 21 <br />
