7B Page 25 Permits Non-Transferable Any permit issued pursuant to fhese regulations shal! pertain solely to the Permittee, and shall be void if transferred or assigned in any manner, except with the written consent of the City Manager or his or her designee. Pre and Post Event Walk-Thru At the conclusion of the event, Courthouse Square will be inspecte� by a City represen#ative for additional clean up and damage charges. ff the Permittee has not cleaned and/or repaired the Sq�are and restored it to its original condi#ion, the City will clean and/or repair the Square and retain the deposi# or portion thereof, and charge the Permittee for amount of actual costs to reco�er City expenses for sifie cleanup and repair. Cancella�ion of Events A. Cancellafiion for all minor e�ents must be received at least 48 hours in ad�ance of the event to qualify for a full refund of t�e permit fee, less any actual cos#s incurred by the City. If cancellation occurs fewer than 48 hours prior to the date of t�e event, '/2 0�'the permit fee shall be forfeited. B. Cancellation for afl major events must be received at (east ten days in advance of the evenfi to qualify for a full refund of the permit fee, less any ac#ual costs incu�red by the City. lf cancellation occurs fewer than ten days prior to the date of the event, %2 of the permit fee shalf be fo�feited. C. Canceliation for all exclusive use events must be received at least ten days in advance of the event to qualify far a full refund of#l�e permit fee, less any actual costs incurred by fihe Ci#y. If canceliation occurs fewer than ten days prior to the date of the event, %2 of the permit fee shall be forfei�ed. D. If cancellation occurs, the Permittee wiil receive a full refund of the c�eaning and damage deposit, less any actual costs incurred by the City. E. City reserves the right to cancel any events at any time for any reason. Tape ln order to avoid damage to Courthouse Square, pain�er's tape or heavy matting is the � only permissible me#hod to secure power cords or other fixtures to the Square surface. Other types of tape such as duct and masking tape are not allowed. Temporary Structures Temporary structures such as podium, stage, tent poEes with a concrete base, table or any other structure shall nat be dragged on the surface of the Square.
