The Qermittee is responsible for securing the protective covers in a manner <br /> that does not impede pedestrian passage, present a hazard, or damage the <br /> Courthouse Square surface. <br /> SECTI4N '!0: ALCOHOL <br /> A. Only a licensed caterer or a non-prof�t with proof of �iquor Liabiiity Insurance <br /> Coverage may serve alcohol with approval from the Police and a permit from the <br /> State Departmen#of Alcohoiic Beverage Control {ABC}. <br /> B. The Permittee must obtain signature of approval from the Redwood City Pofice <br /> Department before ABC will issue a Permit. <br /> C. The Permittee must hand deliver a copy of the ABC perm�t and Liquor Liability <br /> Insurance and endorsements, as required in Afitachment 2, to #he Redwoad City <br /> Po�ice Department in order to serve alcohol at the event. <br /> D. During the e�ent, the Permittee is responsible for ensuring that: <br /> 1. Alcohof servers are at least 21 years of age; <br /> 2. No person under the age of 21 years is served alcohol; <br /> 3. No person is served who appears to be intoxicated; and <br /> 4. Alcahol is consumed only within #he defined area, as approved by the Police <br /> Department <br /> E.
