Programs, Projects and Expenditures for the Next F�ve Years <br /> The Agency has identified programs and projects that may be implemented during the five-year <br /> . perivd of the subject implementation plan �FY 2009110#0 2015115). A number of these <br /> programs are dependent upon the response by the private sector to Agency initiatives. 4ther <br /> program elemen#s may be dependent upon funding sources not under Agency control, <br /> subsequent en�ironmental assessment, and other factors.The Agency will allocate its actual <br /> resources among thase programs depending upon conditions in place at the time of <br /> implementation. Programs identifed include the following: <br /> a. Public Facilities and lnfrastructure lmprovement Program. <br /> The Agency will invest in capitai improvements or will work jointly with#he pubiic sector <br /> and/or private sector to crea#e public spaces and streetscape conditions that are supporkive <br /> of deveiopment envisioned in the revised Dovun#own Precise Plan (DTPP) scheduled for <br /> adoption,will enhance pedestrian safety and will contribute to the creation of a beautiful <br /> setting for the most civic and vibrant district of the City.
