<br />Page 2 of 14 <br /> <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Redwood City for the supply of four (4) 2025 Ford <br />Lightning Supercrew Pro without toolbox and one (1) 2025 Ford Lightning Supercrew Pro with <br />toolbox. Specific details for each vehicle can be found in the Additional Specifications included in <br />this Notice Inviting Bids. <br /> <br />1. All bids shall only be accepted by mail or in person at the address listed on pg. 4 of this document. <br />Bids must be actually received by the time and date set forth on pg. 3 of this document. Bidders <br />assume all risk of untimely or non-delivery of bids not personally delivered. The City’s time stamp <br />shall be conclusive as to the time and date of receipt. The bid opening shall be conducted by <br />teleconference and is currently scheduled for 3 p.m. local time on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Should the <br />bid opening date and time need to be postponed, a notification by way of addendum shall be posted online <br />to this original Notice Inviting Bids at http://www.redwoodcity.org/business/bids-proposals.
