Page 6 of 7 <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.org <br />EQUITY IMPACT STATEMENT <br />Equity and/or inclusion was considered during Project development by engaging with relevant Redwood <br />City communities through public meetings, surveys, and other means, with a focus on communities <br />traditionally least likely to be heard in civic processes. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Under the terms of the Project Extension Agreement with TBC, TBC will reimburse the City for the costs <br />incurred from the proposed contract amendments with ELS and Gilbane. If the City does not receive <br />reimbursements for the FY 2025-26 costs incurred from the proposed contract amendments with ELS and <br />Gilbane by December 1, 2025, a mid-year budget amendment will be proposed to appropriate up to <br />$281,702 in unallocated FY 2025-26 General Fund fund balance to cover the cost of the proposed <br />amendments. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Approve Gilbane’s amendment for project management services, but not ELS’s amendment for <br />construction administration <br />2. Approve ELS’s amendment for construction administration, but not Gilbane’s for project management <br />services <br />3.
