(doing business as Redwood City PAL Center) to manage the “Purposeful <br />Action, Create and Engage” (PACE) Program for transition-aged youth, covering <br />the time period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, without appropriating any <br />additional funds, with the total contract amount remaining at $855,000. <br />4
