By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 5 to the Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building Company for project <br />management services for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center for a <br />not-to-exceed amount of $162,910, for a total not-to-exceed amount of <br />$4,807,148; and <br />2. New construction or conversion of small structures <br />6.L.Update Municipal Code provisions related to deferred payment of City <br />development fees to ensure consistency across related code sections, align with <br />recent changes to State law and provide procedural clarity for applicants and <br />staff <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance repealing ordinance 2477 <br />authorizing deferrals of payment for City fees associated with development <br />projects and adding Redwood City Municipal Code Chapter 18 (Local <br />Improvements & Planning), Article XVII (Development Fee Deferrals) and <br />5
