By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution adopting the <br />Budget of the City of Redwood City for Fiscal Year July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 and <br />providing for the appropriation and expenditure of all sums set forth in said <br />budget; <br />3. By motion of the City Council, adopt a City Council resolution approving and <br />adopting the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program for the period of Fiscal Year <br />2025-26 through Fiscal Year 2029-30; and <br />4.
