The Guide was last modified and approved by the City Council in <br />September 2024 to reflect updates to public comment procedures and Conflict of Interest responsibilities, <br />and to incorporate City Council Norms (as discussed by the City Council during the February 11, 2023 <br />offsite meeting). <br />9.A. - Page 1 of 20 <br />444
