PAGE 2 • 2023 ANNUAL REPORT <br />ABOUT THE RCIA <br />The Redwood City Improvement Association <br />(RCIA) was created in September 2014 as a non- <br />profit 501(c)3 corporation. The RCIA is a community <br />benefit district governed by an all-volunteer <br />Board of Directors made up of property owners, <br />business professional and residents from the <br />Redwood City community.
